the girl habit, Ogee Sculpted Lip Oil is Becoming a Cult Obsession

It is no secret I have a crush on organic beauty and I'm crushing the hardest on Ogee lately. I first discovered their products through Free People beauty. Trying out Ogee's sculpted lip oil was just the start. (I will dish on the lip oil in a bit) I thought if this single organic product is my new favorite thing in my makeup bag, what else is Ogee doing?

To my surprise, Ogee is doing organic skincare. (girl squeal) The Liquid Gold Cleansing Oil is my new cleanser of choice. It works the same as the DHC Deep Cleasing Oil I've loved for years but contains some different ingredients. Liquid Gold is a gentle option for sensitive skin. Instead of drying out skin with face wash, the oil based cleanser removes makeup and impurities while hydrating skin. The moisture-enhancing formula is rich in super-fruit antioxidants and organic oils. It restores natural defenses against dryness and prevent signs of aging. The oil calms skin and helps pores to appear smaller and skin brighter. The Ylang Ylang flower essential oil balances oil production and promotes skin moisture and natural repair. Cold pressed Jojoba oil instantly hydrates with its rich levels of essential fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants. Geranium flower essential oil refreshes skin and increases blood flow to promote skin regeneration. And don't fear, this oil cleanser will not clog your pores.

I love some cleansing cloths, but never the ones with harsh chemicals. They literally burn my skin. No thank you. I'm using the Gentle Glow Cleansing Clothsby Ogee everyday now though. tI use them to take off my makeup before cleansing or use them as a substitute for cleansing all together. The plant-fiber, microporous cloths are drenched in a nourishing formula of Jojoba Oil and Aloe Vera juice, so they cleanse, hydrate, and exfoliate. These little cloths contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) which renew skin and stimulate cell regeneration. Side note: I feel like I'm teaching science. All the ingredients of the clothes have a special purpose. Aloe aids in the healing process and soothes irritation. Oat extract, something I have never heard of before, conditions and soothes skin with lipids and proteins and contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties known for anti-aging. Goodbye regular old facial wipes.

The pretty packaging of Ogge's Jojoba face oil and Seeds of Youth Serum makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside when I see it placed on the bathroom countertop. The results and ingredients thankfully have my skin looking as pretty too. The all natural and certified organic face oil instantly moisturizes, brightens and restores skin to a glowing state I desperately want my skin to always be in. Jojoba oil is seriously the best for skin. Unlike other oils for your skin, the wax structure of jojoba oil is very similar to the natural oils of the skin on your face. The oil moisturizes without clogging pores or leaving a residue, because it absorbs faster than other oils. It also tames inflammation, reduce the appearance of fine lines, targets breakouts, and can soothe a sunburn. Thank you skin gods!

As for the anti-aging serum (start young), I'm a few weeks in of using and I am only using it at night FYI. Ogee recommends using it day and night. The serum hydrates, boosts radiance and firms skin. If you have tired, red or uneven skin, the serum will help. Ogee says it reduces the appearance of wrinkles in 22 days. With anti-aging products, persistence is key. It contains Mallow flower extract to soothe and smooth skin, full of antioxidants and edelweiss flower plant stem cells (getting sciencey again) to reduce appearance of fine lines with 200% the antioxidant power of Vitamin C. I never heard of this flower before and it has me very intrigued with this data. The serum also contains an ancient Chinese medicine for healing called Butterfly bush extract which is known for its antioxidant properties.

I told you I'd come back to the sculpted lip oil. I warn you, it is addictive. The coveted Ogee lip balm with beeswax, coconut, jojoba and peppermint oil, lightly plumps my lips, leaving my kisser tingling. It is a good feeling I promise. As if you gave yourself a kiss. The white and gold packaging is another favorite part, as it is sleek and feminine. It also can be used as a priming base for lipstick. The sculpted lip oilcomes in 8 tinted versions, ranging from nude to fuchsia to plum to pink to coral to red. I love these so much! The lip is rich in oils, butters, and waxes to soften, hydrate and moisturize.

Honestly I think the Ogee sculpted lip oil is becoming a cult favorite so if you try a single product from Ogee, try this one.
